We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@silk-airstyler.com.
We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the correct return address. Please be aware that returns are the customer’s responsibility, and we cannot supply prepaid shipping labels.
2) Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and rectify it.
3) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
